Where to Find Ork Boyz Miniatures

Ork Boyz are the beating, greenskin heart of any Orks army in Warhammer 40,000. These rank-and-file warriors flood the battlefield armed with shootas for a bit of (wildly inaccurate) ranged firepower and choppas for the brutal close-quarters fighting they truly love. Cheap to field and expendable by design, Boyz are the unit you'll buy in bulk — and that means finding the right kits at the right price matters more than almost anywhere else in the hobby.
What to Look For
Because you'll need a lot of them, consistency and affordability are your top priorities. A good Boyz miniature should:
- Fit a 32mm round base, the standard for Ork Boyz in current 40K
- Carry a shoota or choppa (or both) to match the unit's weapon options — look for kits with plenty of arm and weapon variety to avoid a repetitive-looking mob
- Capture that ramshackle, brutish Ork aesthetic — hunched postures, crude armour plates, and oversized weapons are all hallmarks of the range
- Rank up reasonably well, since you may be building squads of ten or more at a time
Older sculpts can still work beautifully for bulk-filling squads, while newer kits offer more dynamic poses and better detail. A mix of both is a perfectly valid approach.
Where to Find Ork Boyz Miniatures
Wayland Games stocks a solid range of Orks kits and is a reliable first stop for UK and European buyers, with competitive pricing and good availability across both current and legacy releases.
Wayland Games — Ork Boyz (Classic Kit)
The classic Ork Boyz box is a proven staple for building out your battleline. Community members rate it highly for bulk value, and the sprues give you enough variety to keep a large mob looking suitably ramshackle.
Wayland Games — Orks Boyz (Current Kit)
The newer Orks Boyz kit features updated sculpts and a generous selection of weapon options for customising your squad. If you want your mobs to look sharp on the table and have flexibility in loadouts, this is the kit to reach for first.
Wayland Games — Orks Beast Snagga Boyz
Beast Snagga Boyz offer a distinct sub-faction flavour while still filling a Boyz-style battleline role. Community buyers report they go together quickly and look great ranked up — worth considering if you want your force to have a unified tribal identity.
Wayland Games — Orks Squighog Boyz
While Squighog Boyz are a specialist cavalry unit rather than standard infantry, their current-edition sculpts are widely praised and they make a brilliant visual centrepiece alongside your foot-slogging mobs. A great pick if you're expanding a Beast Snagga-themed force.
There's never been a better time to go green — the Orks range is broad, well-supported, and full of character at every price point. Found a kit we haven't listed here? Head over to FindMyMinis and submit your own recommendation to help fellow Waaagh!-chasers build their perfect mob.
