1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using FindMyMinis (findmyminis.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who submits content to the site.

2. What FindMyMinis is

FindMyMinis is a community-driven directory that helps people discover tabletop miniatures. Visitors browse a hierarchy of game systems and unit types to find community-submitted links to miniatures. We do not sell miniatures, and we are not affiliated with any retailer unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or submit content. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User accounts

When you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information at sign-up. You may not impersonate another person or use a screen name that is offensive or misleading.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

5. User-submitted content

When you submit a link or suggest a new node (game system, faction, unit type, etc.), you grant FindMyMinis a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content on the site and in any associated communications.

By submitting content you confirm that:

• you have the right to submit it;
• it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights;
• it is not spam, misleading, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these terms.

Submitted links are publicly visible and associated with your screen name. We may remove any content at our discretion without notice.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• submit links to malicious, fraudulent, or illegal websites;
• manipulate rankings or submit links for the purpose of spamming;
• use automated tools to scrape or bulk-submit content without our permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account;
• use the site in any way that violates applicable law.

7. Affiliate links and advertising

Some links on FindMyMinis — including community-submitted links and "Find at retailers" search links — may include affiliate tracking codes. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships include Amazon Associates and Awin.

We also display advertising via Google AdSense. We do not control the content of third-party ads.

8. Third-party links

FindMyMinis links to external retailer and community websites. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

FindMyMinis is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that the site will be available at all times, that links will be accurate or current, or that search results will meet your expectations. Use of the site is at your own risk.
